Service Agreement
Atlanta Towing Service provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery services throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Our services are available 24/7, 365 days a year to licensed drivers in Georgia.
By accepting our services, you enter into a binding agreement with Atlanta Towing Service LLC, a Georgia-licensed towing company operating under Georgia Department of Public Safety regulations.
Service Area: Our primary service area includes Atlanta metro, Fulton County, DeKalb County, Gwinnett County, and Cobb County
Response Time: We strive for 25-minute average response but cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to traffic, weather, and demand
Service Authorization: Only vehicle owners or authorized drivers may request towing services
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless pre-arranged payment plans are established
Emergency Priority: Emergency calls receive priority dispatch over scheduled or non-urgent services
Pricing and Payment Terms
Our pricing complies with Georgia maximum rate tariffs and is transparent with no hidden fees. All prices are quoted upfront when possible.
Standard Rates: Towing rates are based on Georgia DPS maximum allowable charges
Mileage Charges: Distance-based fees apply for towing beyond the first 5 miles
After-Hours Service: Additional charges may apply for services between 10 PM and 6 AM
Storage Fees: Daily storage fees apply if vehicles are held at our facility
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and work with most insurance companies
Disputed Charges: Any billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of service
Collections: Unpaid balances may be referred to collection agencies after 60 days
Special pricing may apply for commercial accounts, fleet services, or recurring customers with pre-arranged agreements.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers have specific responsibilities when requesting and receiving towing services:
Accurate Information: Provide correct location, vehicle details, and contact information
Vehicle Access: Ensure our operators can safely access your vehicle
Personal Property: Remove valuable items before towing when possible
Safety Compliance: Follow operator instructions for safety during service
Documentation: Provide valid driver's license and vehicle registration when requested
Payment Authorization: Have authorized payment method available at service completion
A $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel after our truck is dispatched but before it arrives. This covers our dispatch costs and driver time.
Yes, we carry comprehensive insurance and are liable for damage caused by our equipment or negligence. However, we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by third parties.
You must provide valid driver's license and vehicle registration or proof of ownership. We cannot tow vehicles without proper authorization to protect against theft.
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and work with most insurance companies. Alternative payment arrangements must be made before service begins.
We strive to help in all conditions but may refuse service during dangerous weather for safety reasons. Emergency situations receive priority even in challenging conditions.
Storage is available but daily fees apply. Vehicles must be claimed within 30 days or may be subject to lien sale procedures according to Georgia law.
