Yes — but the Toyota Sienna AWD must be towed on a flatbed. The Sienna AWD is a full-time all-wheel drive system, meaning there is no neutral mode that allows the wheels to spin freely. Towing with a wheel-lift will stress the AWD drivetrain and can cause differential and transfer case damage. When calling for a Sienna AWD tow in Atlanta, specify that it's the AWD model so we dispatch a flatbed.

The Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid (PHEV) should be towed on a flatbed to avoid stressing the electric drive components. Like other plug-in hybrid vehicles, the Pacifica PHEV has an electric motor integrated into the drivetrain — regenerative braking and electric motor resistance can affect wheel-lift towing. Flatbed is the recommended method for all PHEV and hybrid vehicles where possible.
